The Tennis Club sometimes runs a Club Championship for its members from May to September.

We invite you to enter the Ladies Singles, Ladies Doubles, Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles competitions. There will be a random draw for pairings in the Doubles competitions. You only need to enter your name for the Doubles; pairings will be shown when the draws are distributed by e-mail.  The onus is on members to agree dates to play their matches by the completion date.

The club does not agree dates to play a match and we will not be reminding players to complete matches by the completion dates. Please only enter if you are prepared to initiate contact with your opponents to agree a time and a date to play. Once a match has been completed, please let Peter know the result and he will confirm the names of your opponents in the next round.

In the Mixed Doubles Competition we normally have more ladies than men entering. If this is the case again, ladies’ names will be drawn out of a hat to match and partner the number of men entrants. This will probably mean that a few ladies may not get a partner, but they will be kept in reserve if a lady drops out.
